Toby Potter is a seasoned real estate investor, private equity leader, and CEO of Global Integrity Investments (GII). With over 30 years of experience, he has built a reputation for executing complex, high-value multifamily deals using creative financing strategies.

Starting in mortgage banking in 1994, Toby quickly expanded into real estate, owning a RE/MAX franchise, a Texas title company, and flipping 35+ single-family homes. In 2015, he launched Global Integrity Finance, which has since managed $615M+ in deal flow and financed nearly 1,900 properties nationwide. In 2018, he expanded into private equity, focusing on value-add multifamily investments that blend strong investor returns with community impact.
