With a background in underwriting, acquisitions, and creative financing, Nick has played a key role in scaling GII’s portfolio to over 170 units across Texas and Indiana.
With extensive experience in deal structuring, Nick has underwritten more than $5 billion in real estate transactions, giving him a sharp ability to identify high-value investment opportunities while mitigating risk. He specializes in leveraging HUD programs, tax credits, TIF bonds, and non-profit partnerships to optimize capital efficiency and investor returns.
Nick takes a hands-on approach in asset management, redevelopment, and financial modeling, ensuring that each project maximizes long-term value. His focus remains on expanding GII’s portfolio to 1,000+ units, forging long-term partnerships with passive investors, and executing complex real estate strategies that drive both profitability and community impact.
Angie Potter is the Chief Financial Officer for Global Integrity Investments as well as Global Integrity Finance. Ms. Potter received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and management from Tarleton State University. Her experience in real estate comes from 20+ years in Mortgage Loan Operations for national financial lenders. She has extensive experience in senior loan processing, along with being licensed by Nationwide Multisate Licensing System anbd Registry (NMLS), with skills ranging from loan setup through loan funding.
Toby Potter is a seasoned real estate investor, private equity leader, and CEO of Global Integrity Investments (GII). With over 30 years of experience, he has built a reputation for executing complex, high-value multifamily deals using creative financing strategies.
Starting in mortgage banking in 1994, Toby quickly expanded into real estate, owning a RE/MAX franchise, a Texas title company, and flipping 35+ single-family homes. In 2015, he launched Global Integrity Finance, which has since managed $615M+ in deal flow and financed nearly 1,900 properties nationwide. In 2018, he expanded into private equity, focusing on value-add multifamily investments that blend strong investor returns with community impact.
